Wood Fired Festivities at embers

We will be attending our first event at Embers in December. Nestled within the renowned Lanes of Brighton, this is the first joint venture by local chefs and lifelong friends Dave Marrow (Terre à Terre ) and Isaac Bartlett Copeland (Issac At). You can expect big bold flavours and lots of action whilst watching the chefs cook on a medieval-style fire cage in the middle of the room.

The menu kicks off with snacks including the famous ‘dripping butter’ before being treated to a feast of some of their most popular plates all served with wine or non alcoholic cocktails carefully paired to compliment the flavours of each dish.
