As this location is a little further than our usual hangouts, we have arranged a coach service from Brighton station.

Itinerary for the day:

09.30 Coach pick up from Brighton Station. On route enjoy pastries by Julien Plumart with your host Tom Surgey!

11.30 Glass of Gusbourne award winning sparkling wine on arrival.

11.45 Exclusive vineyard tour. Learn how the fruit is grown, the history and geology of the land, and take in the stunning views.

12.30 Winery experience from the Gusbourne viewing platform. Here you will learn the final stages of the journey from field to glass, going through the traditional method of sparkling wine production.

12.45 Explore the finest, rarest and most luxurious wines in Gusbourne’s cellar during a tutored tasting with one of their ambassadors. These are wines which demonstrate the most luxurious and innovative aspects of Gsubourne’s winemaking –whether that’s especially generous time on lees, use of the finest barrels or the choice of particularly expressive and high-quality fruit.

13.15 Experience a delicious three-course lunch, accompanied by more limited-edition wines. A special menu created by Head Chef Anthony Coppard, will feature the finest seasonal, local ingredients, crafted to complement the wines served.
