Co-owner Sam Pryor at Fourth and Church’s cooking could be argued as the best in Brighton today. His exceptional talent, which previously graced The Fat Duck for two years, is matched by Paul Morgan’s exceptional wine list. Expect clever cookery, elegant flavours and off-the-beaten-track ingredients and wines alongside.

Westwell Sparkling Wine will be served on arrival (one of Tom’s absolutely top English wineries to watch in 2024) along with snacks before being seated to enjoy a seasonal multi-course extravagance menu for the ultimate Fourth and Church experience.
